MedImpact seeks talented professionals or students for full time job in converting pharmacy utilization management guidelines from a paper-based system to a computer based system. Applicants should have a good command of the English language, skills in logical reasoning, and an ability to work in commonly used office applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Computer skills are a plus. Candidates should be college educated for a technical or information technology or healthcare degree.

Competencies

l English Skills – Good command of English, both spoken and written; CET-4 and above.

l Technical Skills - Good command of using Microsoft Word and Excel; Be able to write rules in a rules engine after appropriate training.

l Logic and analytical skills.

l Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.

l Quality Management – Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.

lTeam work, good communication skills, patience and hard working;

l College degree, educated for a technical or information technology is a plus.

All candidates will be asked to take an English skills test.
